Eligibility Criteria

Following admission criteria will be mandatory to become eligible:- a. Minimum 60% or more marks in HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination having minimum twelve years education.

Required Documents

1. Matric Mark Sheet
2. F.Sc Mark Sheet (Pre Medical) / HSSC / Equivalent
3. Applicant CNIC
4. Father's CNIC
5. Domicile Certificate
6. Four (04) passport size recent photographs

Merit Weightage:

Matric / SSC / Equivalent	10%
F.Sc (Pre Medical) / HSSC / Equivalent	40%
Aptitude Test / Interview	50%

Application form is available online at: https://rihs.edu.pk/pages/d-pharm-form.php candidates must submit hard copies of all require documents to RIHS admission office along with Rs.1000/- (cash) as application fee.
