The directorate focuses on building a skilled, innovative, and adaptable workforce capable of driving institutional excellence and addressing societal needs. Through training, development programs, and partnerships, it aims to create a future-ready workforce that meets international standards while addressing national and community-level priorities. Vision:- The vision of the Directorate of Human Resource Development is to create a highly skilled, innovative, and adaptable workforce that contributes to sustainable development, institutional growth, and societal well-being. The directorate envisions fostering human capital that is equipped to tackle both local and global challenges, positioning the institution and community as leaders in driving socio-economic progress. Mission:- The mission of the Directorate of Human Resource Development is to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of individuals within the institution and the wider community.
